General terms and conditions of business

The general terms and conditions apply to all bookings and interactions between Wolfsheul and students / customers. Exceptions to the rules are only recognized with prior agreement.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations are possible up to 48 hours before the start of a unit via the member's area. A written notification to kontakt@wolfsgeheul.com is required less than 48 hours before the start.

Less than 48 hours before the start, the full amount of a unit will be charged or non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or no-show. Payment is only waived if another student takes over the unit (no trial lesson) or a doctor's confirmation of the illness is available. The doctor's confirmation is to be brought unsolicited; the payment claim only expires upon presentation.

Bonuses and vouchers that arise from package purchases are not paid out and expire if a package is canceled. Any credit that has been paid is used up first before any resulting bonuses are redeemed.

DATE CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

Organizational changes in dates may be necessary and made by Wolfsheul. However, these will of course be communicated to the participants in good time. The realization of an event depends on a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number is not reached, the event will unfortunately have to be canceled. If an event is canceled due to illness of the coach or other unforeseen or inevitable events, there is no entitlement to the event. Compensation for expenses incurred and other claims against Wolfsgeheul due to cancellation or a change of date that became necessary at short notice cannot be derived from this.

If a participation fee has already been paid, the amount will be credited as a service for the replacement date. If the replacement date cannot be kept, the amount will of course be transferred back.

PRICE

The respective sales tax is included in all of our prices.

EXCLUSION OF WORKSHOP, INDIVIDUAL CLASSES, GROUP LESSONS

Wolfsheuls can exclude people on site from participation without giving a reason. This is possible in the case of, for example, intoxicated or verbally abusive participants, inappropriate disturbance of the other participants, improper behavior or the like. If the situation does not improve after a warning by howling wolves, the participant can be excluded from the class. In the case of group lessons and workshops, this is also in the interests of the other participants, in order to ensure their learning success and to maintain their right to performance. The excluded participants are then obliged to pay the costs for the booked service within 10 working days.

TRIAL COACHING

The trial coaching costs EUR 10.00. The invoice will be sent by email no later than two working days before the hour. The amount must be paid by bank transfer to Wolfsgeheul before the trial lesson begins. In the case of short-term bookings, the amount of EUR 10.00 must be paid on site.

If a trial lesson is used, the EUR 10.00 already paid will be credited as a voucher for the next lesson. The cost of the regular hourly fee is therefore reduced by EUR 10.00. The voucher is valid for 6 months from the day of the trial lesson and is not transferable. After the 6 months have elapsed, the full hourly fee must be paid and no new trial lesson can be used. The voucher of EUR 10.00 can only be used for the next individual singing lesson, group lesson or workshop.

In the event of no-show or if the trial lesson is canceled at short notice (less than 48 hours in advance), the amount of EUR 10 will be charged as a processing fee. The invoice will be sent and must be paid within 10 working days.

A new trial lesson - i.e. after one that has already been missed or canceled outside of the 48-hour cancellation period - is the regular course fee minus the 10.00 EUR paid for the omitted trial lesson. Each additional hour costs the full hourly price.

JURISDICTION

Austrian law applies. The district court of Neunkirchen is responsible for factual and geographical matters; this is agreed as the place of jurisdiction.
